The state of healthcare in the United States of America is inadequate and inefficient at the moment for most people.For people with good insurance or other financial resources, the US offers the best care in the world. But, for the 45 million Americans who lack insurance or the ability to pay, the health care they are left with is not the greatest and the healthcare for the people with good insurance is as distant as the moon for them.
